If you made an accidental purchase and haven't downloaded the files yet, get in touch and we can usually help. Once downloaded, we're unable to offer a refund.

We have no problem with you selling printed versions of our produce. Just use your own photos, link back to our shop, and credit us where you can. If you tag us, we'd love to see what you made.

Unfortunately we can't allow that, and we're sorry. Your customers will get a much better idea of what they're buying if they can see your actual print, with your setup and finishing. Your photos will look great, we promise.

Every body is different, so some scaling is usually needed. Our models are designed around average adult proportions.

Take a few key measurements, scale accordingly in your slicer or 3D software, and do a quick test print before committing to a full piece. A couple-of-layers-thick slice of a helmet section will tell you a lot.

The most common methods are velcro straps or flat rubber cords glued to the interior of armor pieces. You can also attach components directly to an undersuit with velcro, or tie sections together.

Some models have a specific attachment style noted in the product description check there first.

All models are pre-cut into parts that fit standard 200×200mm print beds, unless the product description says otherwise.

We also include an uncut OBJ file if you have a larger printer or want to re-cut the parts yourself.

Yes. You should have received an email with your download links at the time of purchase. You can also access all your files anytime by logging into your account.

Since you're buying a digital file, we can't offer refunds once it's been downloaded.

That said if something won't print correctly or there's an error in the model, tell us. We'll fix it. Your feedback genuinely helps, and we always want to make things right.
