📏 Size
Wearable cosplay scale, sculpted to the proportions of a 1850 mm / 72 in tall male body. Scale the model in your slicer to fit your needs, allowing extra room for padding. Padding the chest is especially recommended so it sits higher and covers the neck, helping achieve the correct Space Blueberry proportions.

- 0.15 mm layer height
- 5-10% gyroid infill
- 30° organic supports
- Brim on tall parts
Every printer behaves differently. Tweak as needed. Sacrifices to the Machine Spirit are optional but encouraged.
🛠️ Assembly
- Use the color-divided assembly renders or the included assembled OBJ as your guide.
- Glue parts together using the included pegs for easier alignment. For stronger joints, melt and fuse the seams with a soldering tool.
- Use lower infill to keep your armor lightweight and wearable. TPU filament is recommended for parts that need flexibility.
- You’ll need to engineer your own mounting method, harness system, and padding (Velcro and buckled straps, magnets, elastic waistbands, EVA foam, etc.).
Fan-made 3D printable file. Print it, paint it whatever color you like, and don’t forget to post your make.
